PPARs (Peroxisome Proliferator activated receptors)

In a cell, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs) are the cells of the recipient. PPARs was first found in the Xenopus frog species, as the cells that affect the stimulus sensitive Maintenance (growth) in perixom cells. PPARs are a factor which is very influential and associated with cell metabolism (carbohydrate, fat and protein) and cell classification functions (cell differentiation function)

Tatanama PPARs
3 types of PPARs are known to work are: alpha, gamma and delta (beta)::

a (alpha) - is in the heart, kidneys, heart, muscle, ligament and so the network.

g (gamma) - although the form and have the same genes, this type has 3 different forms:

b (beta) 1 - found in almost all networks, including heart, muscle, colon, pancreas and spleen
b (beta) 2 - many found in the network bind (amino acid chain has a longer 30x)
b (beta) 3 - found in the colon, a network of white rope

d (delta) - found in many types of network, but can be clearly seen in the brain, skin and ligament network


Genetic

PPARd - chromosome 6p21.2-21.1 (OMIM 600409).

Error genetic generation decreases in PPARs have been found, cause loss of function of the power digested fat, insulin resistance and acanthosis nigricans. PPARs, have learned and found that PPARs have a function to perform cell mutation. Example of use: reducing the risk of insulin resistance.

Structure
All PPARs have a structure in accordance with the function of each. The most major is DBD (DNA Binding Domain) and the LBD (Ligand Binding Domain). DBD contains 2 kinds of pattern chain containing substances zinc (Zinc), which can keep the DNA chain when the recipient cells are active in the circumstances. LBD has a structure of secondary alpha helices and beta sheets are very knowledgeable. Fusion between the natural substances and synthetic ligand functional LBD in the guard cells of the recipient.
